Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. You may schedule to return it within 3 days of when you received the product. Simply notify us by phone. We will then issue a Return Goods Authorization Number. If the items are returned in perfect resalable condition, actual shipping charges paid by Iron Bull will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error. After 30 days ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The following terms must be met by you.
--The Return must be scheduled with us within 3 days of your original receipt of the order.
--The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
--You must include all packaging materials.
--You must pay any return shipping expense.
Display the RGA # prominently on the outside of the unit to avoid delays to your refund. When we receive the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 3 days of original delivery, Iron Bull then has 14 business days to inspect the unit after delivery at which time we will issue credit to your charge account if all of the above
are met.
At Iron Bull we are driven to consistently build the highest quality products, to build a product that is to be used, to produce products that are not toys and not just for Hollywood, to provide our customers with the most durable and aesthetically appealing products, AND TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT'S SECOND TO NONE. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at videos@ironbullbumpers.com and send your item to: 11484 N. Cordell St. Casa Grande Arizona US 85194.
Cancelations
All products made by Iron Bull Bumpers are custom made to order, so if you desired to cancel a order that is already in process there will be restocking and cancelation fees of 20% of the sale price of the order. If you desire to cancel an order that has left our facility and has shipped on the way to you there will be a restocking, shipping, return shipping and cancelation fees (fees vary by order and where the bumper was shipping to, email shipping@ironbullbumpers.com for more information).
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
